Comb Honey – Bluegum

Honey in its purest form, directly cut from the frame. Bluegum Honey or also known as Eucalyptus  Honey is the most common honey in South Africa and although this specific honey is harvested in the Western Cape, it is found all over the country. This amber coloured honey is produced when the bees visit the Eucalyptus trees, during the summer months.
